The present application has been filed on behalf of the applicant in Case No.5545 of 2025 arising out of Case Crime No.09 of 2024, under Sections 427, 323, 504, 506 and 308 IPC at Police Station- Raniya, District Kanpur Dehat with a prayer to grant him on anticipatory bail. 3. Learned Counsel for the applicant has submitted that the applicant has been falsely implicated in the present case. He further submitted that the applicant has cooperated with the investigation and charge-sheet has already been filed against him.
