This application has been moved on behalf of the applicant seeking anticipatory bail in Case Crime No. 0050 of 2026 under section 318(4), 338, 336(3), 340(2), 61(2) B.N.S. at Police Station Jarcha, District Gautam Buddha Nagar. 3. Learned counsel for the applicant submitted that a registered sale-deed was executed by co-accused Khusbhoo Devi in favour of the informant. When informant went to take possession of purchased land, he came to know that land sold in his favour was infact of somebody else, rather than Khushboo Devi. It was submitted that the allegation against the applicant is that he was involved with Khusbhoo Devi in the said illegal transaction. He submitted that the applicant is neither a purchaser nor attesting witness to the sale-deed execute
