This application has been moved on behalf of the applicants seeking anticipatory bail in Case Crime No. 140/2026 under Sections 323, 504, 308 IPC, Police Station Dibiyapur District Auraiya. 3. It is submitted by the learned counsel for the applicants that applicants are innocent and has been falsely implicated in the present matter due to ulterior motive. It is next submitted that it is apparent from the medical report that except injury no.2, all injuries are simple in nature. It is shown from the X- Ray Report that there was fracture on right temporal bone. No specific role of causing injuries was assigned to the applicants. It is next submitted that applicant is having apprehension of arrest by the police any time in the above-ment
