This application has been moved on behalf of the applicant seeking anticipatory bail in Case Crime No. 87 of 2026, under Section 3/5A/8 of the Uttar Pradesh Prevention of Cow Slaughter Act and Section 11 of the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals Act, 1960, Police Station- Sarailakhansi, District- Mau. 3. It has been submitted by the learned counsel for the applicant that applicant is innocent and has been falsely implicated in the present matter due to ulterior motive.
