This application has been moved on behalf of the applicant seeking anticipatory bail in Case Crime No. 87 of 2026, under Section 3/5A/8 of the Uttar Pradesh Prevention of Cow Slaughter Act and Section 11 of the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals Act, 1960, Police Station- Sarailakhansi, District- Mau. 3. It has been submitted by the learned counsel for the applicant that applicant is innocent and has been falsely implicated in the present matter due to ulterior motive. It is next submitted that the co-accused Chote Lal has already been enlarged on bail by concerned Court, vide order dated 02.04.2026.
