This application has been moved on behalf of the applicant seeking anticipatory bail in Case Crime No. 0158 of 2026 under Sections 318(4), 351(2) of BNS, Police Station- Kotwali Sahar, District-Bulandshahar. 3. It has been submitted by the learned counsel for the applicant that applicant is innocent and has been falsely implicated in the present matter due to ulterior motive.
