The applicants are involved in Case Crime No. 127 of 2026 under Sections 287, 316(3), 305(b), 317(2), 317(4), 61(2), 112 BNS, Section 23 of Petroleum Act, Section 8 of the Prevention of Corruption Act, and Section 3/7 of the Essential of Commodity Act, Police Station Ali Nagar District Chandauli. 3. Learned counsel for the applicants has submitted that the applicant are innocent and have been falsely implicated in the present case. It is further submitted that the applicants were not named in the FIR. Nothing has been recovered from the possession of the applicants. Co-accused namely- Chandrma Chauhan, has been granted anticipatory bail by the coordinate Bench of this Court vide order 22.04.2026 in Criminal Misc. Anticipatory Bail Application U/S482 BN
