This application has been moved on behalf of the applicant seeking anticipatory bail in Case Crime No.0101 of 2025, Criminal Case No.318 of 2026, under Sections 193, 195, 419, 420, 467, 468, 471, 120(B) IPC, Police Station Bhatpar Rani, District Deoria. 4. It has been submitted by the learned counsel for the applicant that applicant is innocent and has been falsely implicated in the present matter due to ulterior motive. It is next submitted that co-accused Gudiya and Virendra have already been granted anticipatory bail by the coordinate Bench of this Court vide orders dated 26.05.2026 and 27.05.2026 passed in Criminal Misc. Anticipatory Bail Application U/s 482 BNSS
