Heard learned counsel for the applicants as well as the learned A.G.A. for the State and perused the record. 3. This applications have been moved on behalf of the applicants seeking anticipatory bail in Case Crime No.122 of 2026, under Sections 109(1), 352, 351(3) BNS, Police Station Atrauliya, District Azamgarh. 4. It is submitted by the learned counsel for the applicants that applicants are innocent and have been falsely implicated in the present matter due to ulterior motive. It is further submitted that general allegations have been levelled against the applicant.
