The present application has been filed on behalf of the applicants with a prayer to grant them anticipatory bail in Case Crime No.880 of 2024, under Sections 333, 324(2), 115(2), 352, 351(3) and 110 BNS, Police Station- Baheri, District Bareilly. 3. Learned Counsel for the applicants has submitted that the applicants have been falsely implicated in the present case. He further submitted that as per FIR, the applicants assaulted the first informant by entering into her house and thereafter hurled abuses.
