This application has been moved on behalf of the applicants seeking anticipatory bail in Case No. 13133 of 2025, arising out of Case Crime No. 346 of 2024, under Sections 110, 115(2), 352, 118(1) B.N.S., Police Station Qadarchowk, District Budaun, during the pendency of trial. At the outset, learned counsel for the applicants submits that the present anticipatory application has become infructuous, as the applicant no. 1- Jakir has been arrested by the police authorities.
