Application No. 237 of 2026 (Samta Singh Vs. Kailash Chandra) under Section 173(4) B.N.S.S., Police Station South, District Firozabad, and further may be direct the Station House Officer, Police Station South, District Firozabad to lodge the immediately F.I.R. against the Opposite Party No. 2 to 7. And / or pass any other and further order which this Hon'ble Court may deem fit and proper in the circumstances of the case.
