Bail Application No.6149 of 2025 arising out of Case Crime No.240 of 2025, under Sections 69, 318(4), 115(2), 352, 351(3) of BNS and Section 3(1)D, 3(1)Dha and 3(2) v of SC/ST (Prevention of Atrocities) Act, Police Station Harpur Budhat, District Gorakhpur whereby the bail application of the appellant has been rejected
