Heard learned counsel for the appellant and learned AGA as well as perused the entire record. 2. This is third bail application. The first bail application was rejected by co-ordinate Bench of this Court vide order dated 18.5.2022 passed in Criminal Misc. Bail Application No.4408 of 2019 (Chandra Vs. State of U.P. and Another). The second bail application has been rejected by the co-ordinate Bench of this Court vide order dated 04.09.2025 in Criminal Appeal No.919 of 2024 (Chandra Rajpur Vs. State of U.P. and Another). 3. The present criminal appeal under Section 14-A(1) Scheduled Castes & Scheduled Tribes (Prevention of Atrocities) Act has been filed by the appellant- Chandra Rajput to set aside the bail rejection order dated 12.12.2025 passed by Special Judge SC/ST Act, Saharanpur in Case Crime No.97 of 2019, under Sections 302, 201 IPC and Section 3(2)5 of SC/ST, P.S.-
