The present criminal appeal under Section 14-A(2) of the Scheduled Castes and Scheduled Tribes (Prevention of Atrocities) Act, 1989 has been preferred by the appellant seeking to set aside the order dated 19.01.2026 passed by the Special Judge (SC/ST Act), Aligarh in Bail Application No. 156 of 2026 arising out of Case Crime No. 248 of 2025, under Sections 103(1), 315, 238 B.N.S. and Section 3(2)(5) of the SC/ST Act, Police Station Gabhana, District Aligarh, whereby the bail application of the appellant has been rejected. 4.
