The present criminal appeal under Section 14-A(2) of the Scheduled Castes and Scheduled Tribes (Prevention of Atrocities) Act, 1989 has been preferred by the appellant seeking to set aside the order dated 31.01.2026 passed by Additional District & Session Judge/Special Judge (SC/ST Act) Lalitpur in Bail Application No.91 of 2026 arising out of Case Crime No.308 of 2025, under Sections 115(2), 352, 351(3), 119(1), 123 BNS, 3(1)(Da) and 3(1)(Dha) and 3(2)(V), 3(2)(Va), 3(1)(H) of SC/ST Act, Police Station Mahrauni, District Lalitpur whereby the bail application of the appellant has been rejected. 4.
