This criminal appeal under Section 14A(2) of the Scheduled Castes and Scheduled Tribes (Prevention of Atrocities) Act, 1989 has been filed by the appellant with the prayer to set aside the impugned bail rejection order dated 19.01.2026 passed by the Special Judge (SC/ST) Act, Aligarh in Bail Application No. 271 of 2026 arising out of Case Crime No. 385 of 2025, under Sections 69, 115(2) BNS and Section 3(2)(5) of the SC/ST Act, Police Station Gandhi Park, District Aligarh, and with a further prayer to release the appellant on bail in the aforesaid case. 4.
