This criminal appeal under Section 14-A(2) of SC/ST (Prevention of Atrocities) Act, 1989 has been filed by the appellant, with the prayer to set- aside the impugned bail rejection order dated 21.01.2026 passed by the court of Additional District and Session Judge/Special Judge (SC/ST Act) Lalitpur in Bail Application No.23 of 2026 arising out of Case Crime No.1202 of 2025, under Sections 376, 328, 452, 504, 506 IPC and 3(1)(r), 3(1)(s), 3(2)(v), 3(2)(va) of SC/ST Act and 67 of I.T. Act, Police Station Kotwali Lalitpur, District Lalitpur whereby the bail application of the appellant was rejected. 5
