The facts giving rise to present appeal are that the complainant, Sardarsinh Jivabhai, an unarmed Head Constable attached to the PCB (Economic Cell), Surat Rural, lodged the FIR alleging that accused No.1, in collusion with accused Nos.3 to 6, forged the date of birth of accused No.2 (his daughter)
