The present appeal is filed by the appellant - State of Gujarat under Section 378(1)(3) of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 (hereinafter referred to as “Cr.P.C”) against the judgment and order dated 05.10.2010 passed by the Additional Sessions Judge and Presiding Officer, Fast Track Court, Rajula at Amreli (hereinafter referred to as “the trail Court”) in Sessions Case no. 37 of 2009 whereby, the trial Court acquitted the respondents - accused from the offences punishable under Sections 306 and 114 of the Indian Penal Code (hereinafter referred to as “IPC”).
