PINTO Date : 18/06/2026 JUDGMENT 1] The appeal is filed by the appellant – original accused under Section 374 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 against the judgment and order of conviction by the learned Presiding Officer, Fast Track Court No. 2, Surat (hereafter referred to as the learned Trial Court”) on 23-02-2006 in Special (ACB) Case No. 51 of 1997, whereby, the learned Trial Court has convicted the appellant for the offence punishable under Sections 7, 13(1)(d) and 13(2) of the Prevention of Corruption Act, (hereinafter referred to as “PC Act” for short).
