The appellant-State has preferred this appeal under Section 378 (4) of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 against the judgment and order dated 30.04.2015 passed by the learned 7th Additional Senior Civil Judge, Jamnagar (hereinafter be referred to as “the Trial Court”) in Criminal Case No. of 5403 of 2007, whereby the trial Court has acquitted the original accused -respondent from the offence punishable under Sections 2(i-a)(a)(m), 7(5) and Section 16 of the Prevention of Food Adulteration Act, 1954 (hereinafter be referred to as the “Act”). 2.
