Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that although in the representation dated 15.06.2026 which has been given by the petitioner to the Senior Superintendent of Police, Ferozepur, two prayers have been made. One prayer is with respect to protection of life and liberty and other is with respect to taking action but the petitioner only presses his prayer with respect to protection of life and liberty.
