The brief facts giving rise to the present application are that the applicant is the Managing Director of M/s Electrical Energy Equipments India Pvt. Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as ‘EEE’), a company engaged in execution of electrical infrastructure and CAPEX projects awarded by Bangalore Electricity Supply Company Limited (hereinafter referred to as ‘BESCOM’).
