This petition has been filed by the petitioner primarily challenging the order dated 22.04.2025 (impugned order) passed by respondents whereby the petitioner who was on probation on being appointed as Assistant Commandant (General Duty) with the Border Security Force (BSF) after qualifying the Limited Departmental Competitive Examination (LDCE) has been reverted to the post of Inspector (General Duty), BSF.
