Learned counsel appearing for respondents No.1 and 2 has submitted that the passport of the petitioner has already been dispatched to the petitioner and thus, the present petition has been rendered infructuous. 3. Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the present petition be disposed of as having been rendered infructuous but respondents be bound by the statement made before this Court. 4.
