This is a first petition filed under Section 483 of BNSS for grant of regular bail to the petitioner in case FIR No.28 dated 12.03.2026, under Sections 109, 118(1), 118(2), 115(2), 351(2), 3(5) of the BNS, 2023 (Sections 307, 324, 323, 326, 506, 34 IPC) registered at Police Station Kalanur, District Gurdaspur. 2.
