In the present writ petition, following prayers have been made:- “Civil Writ Petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, 1950 praying for issuance of a Writ in the nature of Certiorari against the reply dated 09.03.2026 issued by respondent no. 3 HSVP (Annexure P-8). AND Further praying for issuance of writ of Mandamus directing the Respondent Authorities to grant the benefit to the present petitioner under LFSS/VSSS Scheme (Annexure P-3), (Annexure P-4) and (Annexure P-5) and consideration of Rebate in Enhancement & Interest of Plot No. 361, Sector-5, Urban Estate, Hansi. AND Any other such or similar Writ or direction, that this Hon'ble Court may deem fit to pass in the given facts and circumstances, may also be kindly passed in favour of the present Petitioner” 2.
