Heard Sri Sayyed Kashif Abbas Rizvi, learned counsel for the petitioner and Sri R.K.Tripathi, learned Standing Counsel. 2. It has been rightly pointed out by learned counsel for the petitioner that requirement for process of conciliation as provided under Section 22-C of Legal Services Authority Act 1987, was not carried out by Permanent Lok Adalat in the impugned order, except a general reference which is not sufficient as held by this Court in Writ-C No.2582 of 2014, Manager Life Insurance Corporation of India, Basti Vs. Permanent Lok Adalat, Basti and Ors, 2021:AHC:151400.
