This petition has been under section 483 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 (Section 439 of Cr.P.C.) for grant of Regular bail to the petitioner in case FIR No. 9 dated 11.01.2024 u/s 21, 29, 61, 25,85 of the NDPS Act, 1985 registered at Police Station Gharinda, District Amritsar Rural. 2. The case of the prosecution is that on 11.01.2024, while the police party was on patrol duty, a secret informer informed them that two persons, namely William Masih and Akash Masih, were present near Rajasansi Jhanjoti on a motorcycle bearing registration No. PB-02-EG-8599 and were carrying a huge quantity of heroin. Acting upon the said information, the police party laid a naka/checkpoint at the disclosed place. After some time, the two accused were spotted approaching on the said RENU RAWAT 2026.07.17 16.40 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this docume
