The petitioner is seeking regular bail under Section 483 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita (BNSS) (Section 439 Cr.P.C.) in FIR No.95 dated 21.02.2024 registered under Sections 212 IPC and 25(6)/29-54-59 of Arms Act (erstwhile Section 249 of BNS) at Police Station Sadar Thanesar, District Kurukshetra. 2. The case of the prosecution is that on 21.02.2024, on the basis of secret information, police apprehended the petitioner with 08 illegal weapons, 115 live cartridges and 4 magazines. 3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has been falsely implicated in the present case. He further submits that the petitioner is in custody for the last 02 years, 04 months and 12 days. He, thus, prays for grant of bail to the petitioner. 4. Notice of motion. 5.
