(Oral) The prayer in the petition under Section 482 of BNSS, 2023 is for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner in case FIR No.83 dated 01.05.2026 (Annexure P-1) under Sections 21(b) of NDPS Act, 1985 registered at Police Station City Narwana, District Jind, Haryana. Learned Counsel for the petitioner submits that pursuant to the interim order dated 21.05.2026 passed by this Court, petitioner has joined the investigation. The learned State Counsel on instructions submits that the petitioner has joined investigation in terms of order dated 21.05.2026 and is not required for custodial interrogation. In this view of the matter, interim order dated 21.05.2026 is made absolute.
