Present second petition has been filed under Section 483 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 (for short ‘BNSS’) for grant of regular bail to the petitioner in case FIR No.238 dated 27.4.2025 under Sections 103(1) and 3(5) of Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023 (Section 3(5) of BNS deleted later on), registered at Police Station Industrial, Sector 29, Panipat. 2. The case set up in the FIR in question (as set out in the present petition by the petitioner) is as follows:- ‘Sir, it is respectfully submitted that 1, Himanshu son of Bhupnarayan, resident of village Raipalpur, Police Station Shivli, District Kanpur, Uttar Pradesh, presently residing at M.S. Spinning Mill Factory, Pasina Road, Panipat. I and my brother Kanhaiya work in M.S. Spinning Mill Factory. On dated 26/04/2025 at
