The petitioner has filed the instant petition under Articles 226/227 of the Constitution of India, seeking issuance of a writ of certiorari for quashing the order dated 27.04.2026 (Annexure P-6), passed by respondent No.4, whereby a departmental enquiry has been initiated against the petitioner. Further, seeking issuance of a writ of mandamus directing respondent No.2 to decide the review-cum-revision petition dated 12.06.2025 filed by the petitioner as well as legal notice dated 14.12.2025 (Annexure P-5) served upon by the petitioner. 2. After arguing the case for sometime, learned counsel for the petitioner wishes to withdraw the instant petition with liberty to take all the pleas, as have been raised in the instant petition, before the Inquiry Officer. 3.
