(ORAL) The petitioners seek grant of anticipatory bail under Section 482 BNSS, 2023 in case bearing FIR No.46 dated 25.03.2026 registered under Sections 303(2), 324(4), 351(2) and 190 of BNS, 2023 at Police Station Jhander, District Amritsar. The learned counsel for the petitioners submits that in compliance of the order dated 20.04.2026, the petitioners have joined the investigation to the entire satisfaction of the Investigating Officer. The learned State counsel on instructions admits the aforesaid fact and submits that the petitioners is no more required for further investigation in the case. In view of aforesaid factual position, the interim order dated 20.04.2026 is made absolute.
