The present Civil Writ Petition has been filed under Articles 226 and 227 of the Constitution of India seeking issuance of an appropriate writ, order, or direction in the nature of mandamus directing the respondents to consider the petitioner’s claim for regularization w.e.f. 31.12.2025 on completion of more than ten years of service and grant all consequential benefits. 2.
