Present Civil Writ Petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India has been filed by the petitioner for the issuance of a writ in the nature of certiorari quashing the impugned order Annexure P-7 dated 09.07.2026, whereby the petitioner is ordered to be transferred from Narnaul to Head Office, Panchkula, when the petitioner is on the verge of his retirement and is going to retire within next 8 months i.e. on 28.02.2027; and the instructions/policy of the Government of Haryana are very categoric, whereby time and again in each and every department, it is mentioned qua every cadre that a person, who is going to retire within next one year, shall not be transferred unless he desires.
