Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that on 21.02.2026, private respondents trespassed into his house, physically assaulted his mother and caused her injuries. The incident was captured in the CCTV footage. Petitioner’s family was publicly humiliated through caste based abuses. A complaint was made to the official respondents but no action was taken. 3.
