The facts, as can be inferred from the petition, are as follows: The petitioners, who are major, solemnized marriage in accordance with Hindu rites and ceremonies on 14.07.2026. The date of birth of petitioner No.1 is 01.02.2007 and the date of birth of petitioner No.2 is 13.11.1998, as per their Aadhaar Cards.
