Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that both petitioners are major, petitioner No.1 was born on 01.01.1997 and petitioner No.2 on 11.05.1995. Learned counsel further submits that both the petitioners were previously married to different partners. It is further submitted that both petitioners had developed an emotional bond and started living together. Respondent No.4 was unhappy with the relationship and was extending threats to eliminate the petitioners.
