Prayer in this writ petition filed under Articles 226/227 of the Constitution of India, is for issuance of a writ in the nature of mandamus, directing the respondents to release the LTC/HTC for the block year 2020-2023 and 2024-2027 to the petitioners along with interest @ 12% per annum, which has already been sanctioned vide orders (Annexures P-1 to P-7, respectively), passed by the concerned District Education Officer/District Elementary Education Officers of various districts to which the petitioners are concerned, but the same has not been released to the petitioners. Another prayer has been made to direct the respondents to decide the legal notice dated 18.12.2025 (Annexure P-8) filed by the petitioners. 2. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that he would be satisfied if the legal
