For this reason, notices were ordered to be issued to the appellants vide order dated 22.04.2026. Appellant Nos. 11 and 16 were duly served; however, none has appeared on their behalf. The remaining appellants, namely Appellant Nos. 1, 3, 8, 12, 14, 17, 18 and 19, have expired, while the other appellants could not be served for want of correct and complete addresses. 2.
