None for the respondents. *** This appeal filed by State of Haryana for reduction in compensation amount of acquired land awarded by Land Reference Court under Section 18 of Land Acquisition Act, 1894 is covered by decision dated 04.03.2011 in RFA No.2431-1995 titled as Didar Singh and another Vs. State of Haryana and another of Hon’ble High Court alongwith many other appeals as well as order dated 27.05.2009 in RFA No.2213-1995 Kasturi Lal and others Vs. State of Haryana and another whereby compensation awarded by the Land Reference Court @ Rs.81/- per square yard was further enhanced to Rs.139/- per square yard by Hon’ble High Court. State counsel seeks permission to withdraw this appeal. The appeal is dismissed as withdrawn. RFA Nos.1748, 1749, 2072 and 2328-2004 and 1527-2017 pending out of the same notification of land acquisition, are said to be pending. The same be also listed before the Lok Adalat.
