The present petition has been filed under Section 482 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023/Section 438 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973, seeking grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner in FIR No. 194 dated 06.06.2026, registered at Police Station Sadar Pehowa, District Kurukshetra, under Section 21 of the Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances Act, 1985, which was subsequently added with Section 61/85 of the NDPS Act, 1985 (Annexure P-1). 2. Learned State counsel, on instructions, submits that the petitioner has since been arrested on 26.06.2026. 3. In view of the aforesaid submission, the present petition seeking grant of anticipatory bail has been rendered infructuous.
