P.C.) for seeking grant of regular bail to the petitioner, in case bearing FIR No.383 dated 22.12.2019, registered for the offences punishable under Section 22 of the NDPS Act, 1985, at Police Station Dabwali Sadar, District Sirsa. 2. The gravamen of the FIR in question pertains to recovery of 3500 tablets of Tramadol Hydrochloride (weighing 1 kg 445 grams). 3. Learned counsel for the petitioner has iterated that the petitioner was initially arrested into the FIR in question on 22.12.2019, whereinafter, the petitioner was granted concession of interim bail on account of non-furnishing of FSL report on 10.07.2020.
