Instant petition has been filed under Articles 226/227 of the Constitution of India seeking direction to the respondent to release the retiral dues including payment of leave encashment, other dues along with interest @ 18% w.e.f. the date of retirement till the actual date of payment which have been withheld by the respondents for a period of more than eleven years of the retirement of the petitioner on attaining the age of superannuation on 31.07.2015. 2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the case of the petitioner is squarely covered by the judgment dated 09.09.2025 (Annexure P-3) of this Court in CWP-12221 of 2020 – Suman Kumar v.
