The present petition has been filed by the petitioner under Articles 226/227 of the Constitution of India, seeking issuance of a writ of mandamus directing the respondents, particularly respondent No.3 (Commissioner of Police, Ludhiana), to consider and decide representation dated 17.06.2026 (Annexure P-6) in a time bound manner, after affording the petitioner a reasonable opportunity of personal hearing and pass a detailed speaking order on all the issues raised therein. 2.
