Thapar, Addl. AG, Punjab. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioners once again reiterates that in spite of his best efforts, he has not been able to get in touch with the petitioners. Notices sent to the petitioners No.1 & 4 have been received back with the report that they have since retired while petitioners No.2 and 3 are reported to have died. In the circumstances, the writ petition is ordered to be consigned to record with liberty to the petitioners to get it revived, if so advised, by moving an appropriate application. A copy of this order be sent to learned counsel for the parties as also to the last known addresses of the petitioners. It is ordered that Director, Public Instructions (SE), Punjab shall forward a copy of this order to the petitioners as per their correspondence/permanent address available in the service record.
