This is the plaintiff’s second appeal challenging judgment and decree dated 13.10.2016 passed by the learned Civil Judge (Junior Division), Jhajjar, whereby the suit filed by plaintiff for mandatory as well as permanent injunction, has been dismissed. 1.2. A further challenge has been laid to the judgment and decree dated 15.10.2022 passed by the learned Additional District Judge, Jhajjar, whereby the appeal preferred by the plaintiff against the aforesaid judgment and decree dated 13.10.2016 passed by the learned trial Court, has also been dismissed. 2.
