Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that primarily the petitioner is aggrieved with the renewal of Licence No.23 of 2004 which renewal has been granted on 07.03.2025 (Annexure P-5). 2. Learned counsel for the respondents/State has submitted that the petitioner has an alternate remedy of appeal under Section 19 of the Haryana Development and Regulation of Urban Areas Act, 1975, whereas in paragraph 13 of the petition, the petitioner has mentioned that there is no other alternate remedy of appeal 3. Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that in view of the same, the petitioner be permitted to withdraw the present petition with liberty to file statutory appeal in accordance with law. 4. Dismissed as withdrawn with the aforesaid liberty.
