This petition has been filed for initiating proceedings under the Contempt of Courts Act, 1971, for alleged wilful disobedience of order dated 28.08.2025 (Annexure P-1) passed by a Division Bench of this Court in CWP-15253-2025. The order dated 28.08.2025 reads thus:- “1. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he may be permitted to withdraw this petition at this stage with liberty to approach respondent No.3 for redressal of its grievance. 2. The petition is dismissed as withdrawn at this stage with aforesaid liberty.” 2. A perusal of the aforesaid order shows that no decision or direction has been given in that order.
